Raita


Boondi Raitha

This can be made with boondi
Just add one small cup boondi to
one cup of thayir and
add a little jeera powder
and salt

boondi raita is ready
No seasoning for this

onion and tomato mixed raita

cut the tomato and the onions into small pieces
and heat a kadai with some oil
and add a little mustard to it
and after the mustard is fried
add the onion first
and later add the tomato
and mix it well with one cup of curd
and salt to taste
You can add a little sugar also for better taste

This will go well with chappathi or fried rice
