This is a simple traditional sweet dish from Kerala
Ingredients
Milk one litre or four cups
Sugar one cup
curd one table spoon
Method
Boil the milk in a open vessel like the pressure pan
and when it
comes to boil
add the curds and stir it well
And when the milk be comes to half lt
add the sugar also and
continue
stirring and
after a few more mts
lower the flame and
the dish will be
ready in another ten mts time
Tips
No ghee is required for this dish
You can keep it for ten days without refrigeration and
if you keep it
in fridge it will last for longer time also
